Why this is interesting. The course will help students develop a systematic understanding of the principles of decompression kinesiotherapy and the Bubnovsky method; the ability to conduct a functional examination of a patient, an understanding of myofascial chains and their impact on pain, the principles of working on Bubnovsky exercise machines (MTB); selection and adaptation of decompression exercises without provoking pain.
You will learn:
The basics of decompression kinesiotherapy and the Bubnovsky method
Myofascial chains: concept, main types of myofascial chains in the body, and their role in the formation of movement patterns
General anatomy of the cervical and thoracic spine and the shoulder girdle.
Workflow algorithm and general exercise regimen on the MTB to reduce pain.
Functional assessment of patients prior to rehabilitation intervention on the MTB.
Principles of developing individualized rehabilitation programs.
